From an academic platform to B2B compliance standards: how the system of courses and podcasts was shaped in the areas of corporate law and protection of commercial information.
We started with an analysis of legal risks in the B2B sector: we surveyed more than 40 companies about document flow and confidentiality issues. As a result, we compiled the structure of the first module — the fundamentals of corporate compliance.
We published the lecture course "Protection of Commercial Information" and simultaneously launched a weekly podcast where lawyers and compliance officers discuss real cases involving contracts and data exchange.
In response to demand, we developed a block on document flow automation: integration of electronic management systems, access control, and audit trails. We divided the course into three levels — basic, advanced, and specialized for specific regulations.
We created a library of internal regulation templates and began collaborating with industry associations. This allowed us to tailor courses to the needs of specific sectors — from logistics to financial services.
Today Thavro offers a full cycle: video lectures, podcasts, practical seminars, and testing. Upon completion of the course, participants receive a document confirming their competence in managing compliance processes.
Chronology 2019–2025: the milestones that shaped Thavro's academic direction in corporate compliance and commercial information protection.
The first lecture course on risk assessment in B2B contracts. We developed a standard internal regulation model that is still used today in manufacturing and logistics companies.
We launched a practical module on electronic document management systems (EDMS). The focus — reducing human errors and ensuring audit transparency.
We added a course on commercial information protection: proper drafting of NDAs, access control, and encryption protocols. We held our first open webinar on intellectual property.
We launched a monthly podcast, "Compliance Practice," where we discuss regulatory changes and real cases from the B2B sector. We publish workbooks for internal audits.
This year, we introduced a final certification stage that tests the learner's ability to develop a compliance program tailored to the risk profile of a specific company.
Who we are and who we work for
The people who create the training modules and test them in real business processes. Each of them is responsible for a specific area — from risk assessment to document flow automation.
A former internal auditor in the banking sector. She teaches risk assessment methodology and the structuring of compliance programs. Her approach is based on real audit cases where violations were identified due to improper document management.
A corporate law specialist with 12 years of experience in B2B contracts. She leads the module on the protection of commercial information, including drafting NDAs and intellectual property matters.
A data security engineer. She is responsible for the document flow automation module, which covers the implementation of EDMS systems, access control, and practical data encryption schemes.
She conducts research on regulatory changes and verifies the relevance of training materials. Her work ensures that the courses reflect current legislation and industry standards.
A former corporate secretary, he now hosts a podcast where he discusses real compliance cases with practitioners — from contract evaluation to the implementation of internal regulations.
